For the fifth country in my 2022 Olympic roster predictions I've decided to go with Finland. The Finns are currently ranked second by the International Ice Hockey Federation, and have medaled at three of the last four Winter Olympics (Silver - 2006, Bronze - 2010, 2014).

Finland will be in Group C at the 2022 Olympics in Beijing, China along with their arch-rivals, Sweden, and two nations from the Final Qualifying Round. Those teams are Slovakia, Belarus, Austria, Poland, Latvia, France, Italy, Hungary, Norway, Denmark, South Korea, and Slovenia.

As mentioned in previous roster prediction posts, each nation will be allowed to have 22 skaters and three goaltenders. Most countries tend to go with 14 forwards and eight defencemen, so that's what I'm going to break it down into.

Forwards (14)

- Sebastian Aho (Carolina Hurricanes)
- Mikko Rantanen (Colorado Avalanche)
- Aleksander Barkov (Florida Panthers)
- Patrik Laine (Columbus Blue Jackets)
- Teuvo Teravainen (Carolina Hurricanes)
- Mikael Granlund (Nashville Predators)
- Jesperi Kotkaniemi (Montreal Canadiens)
- Kaapo Kakko (New York Rangers)
- Jesse Puljujarvi (Edmonton Oilers)
- Roope Hintz (Dallas Stars)
- Joel Kiviranta (Dallas Stars)
- Joel Armia (Montreal Canadiens)
- Anton Lundell (Florida Panthers)
- Kasperi Kapanen (Pittsburgh Penguins)
- Erik Haula (Boston Bruins)

Defencemen (8)

- Miro Heiskanen (Dallas Stars)
- Juuso Valimaki (Calgary Flames)
- Rasmus Ristolainen (Philadelphia Flyers)
- Markus Nutivaara (Florida Panthers)
- Ville Heinola (Winnipeg Jets)
- Esa Lindell (Dallas Stars)
- Henri Jokiharju (Buffalo Sabres)
- Sami Vatanen (Unrestricted Free Agent)

Goaltenders (3)

- Juuse Saros (Nashville Predators)
- Joonas Korpisalo (Columbus Blue Jackets)
- Kevin Lankinen (Chicago Blackhawks)
