During the Blackhawks' second game of the season, they lost Taylor Hall after a hit from Brandon Carlo knocked him out of the game.
Blackhawks head coach Luke Richardson confirmed later that night that Hall would be missing substantial time due to the injury and is going to be week-to-week.
However, it seems like Hall is going to be returning to NHL action much sooner than anybody expected.
It has now been announced, less than a week after the original injury, that Hall will be ready to play versus Toronto tomorrow night.
The Blackhawks need Hall this year to be competitive at all so for him to make such a triumphant return mere days after the original injury is a testament to how dedicated he is to the sport.
