Fujimagari is currently on a PTO with the Wings, the ECHL affiliate of the Canucks, and has been impressive. If she is able to continue getting wins, she could earn a professional contract from the Wings which would be more than groundbreaking for the sport of hockey.
Fujimagari has played all over the world including in Slovakia and Sweden but if she is able to find a place in the ECHL, the 29-year-old Ontario native may be able to play closer to home.
