Jaromir Jagr releases more details for game to benefit Ukranian families
Last Friday, future Hall-of-Famer Jaromir Jagr announced that is team, Kladno, will move their final regular season game to Prague's 18,200 seat arena in order to raise money for Ukrainian families who are seeking asylum in the Czech Republic.
Jagr took to Twitter once again on Tuesday to announce more details regarding the game, which includes virtual tickets for people living abroad who want to watch.
In a release on their website, Kladno announced that a game-worn jersey auction will also take place, featuring jerseys from their own team as well as from their opponent, Sparta Praha.
"As for Sparta, she selected the jerseys of Roman Horák, Jan Buchtele, David Němeček, Miroslav Forman and Filip Chlapík for the auction. All ten jerseys will differ in that they will have the Ukrainian flag. The jerseys start at 1,500 crowns and bids are possible at 500 crowns."
