The Seattle Kraken have avoided arbitration with defenceman Vince Dunn, signing him to a two-year contract worth $4 million AAV according to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman.

Dunn, 24, was selected by the Seattle Kraken in their Expansion Draft back in July. He was scheduled to have his arbitration hearing on Saturday, August 14th.

The Mississauga, Ontario native has spent his entire four-year NHL career with the St. Louis Blues after being taken by them in the 2015 draft, including winning the Stanley Cup with them in 2019. During the 2020-21 season, Dunn played in 43 games where he tallied 20 points (6 G, 14 A), 18 penalty minutes, and was a -8.
