The Edmonton Oilers were shut out during game one of the Stanley Cup Finals against the Florida Panthers, and are now making roster changes.

One of these changes is finally scratching Cody Ceci, who has been horrible this post-season, and has not been at the calibre that Edmonton Oilers have needed. He will be taken out in lieu of Vincent Desharnais, whose towering stature and physicality should be a good help. Darnell Nurse has equally been relegated to the third pairing.

This isn't the story catching attention however, as top-six winger Evander Kane was absent at practice unexpectedly.

Vincent Desharnais Will be back tonight. Cody Ceci looks like the odd man out.

We will see if these lineup changes are enough for the Edmonton Oilers to take down the Florida Panthers tonight in game 2. It will certainly be a fun game to watch!
