After the NHL announced its ban on players using pride tape to celebrate pride month, one NHL team is apparently looking to boycott the rule.
Bettman's Decision to Ban Pride Tape Getting Criticised Across the League
Gary Bettman and the NHL have been rightly criticized for their recent decision to ban players for showing their support for pride by taping their sticks with the Pride Flag colours, as is tradition for many.
Many players have been vocal about their dislike of the decision, claiming that the unfortunate decision is out of their hands.

NHL Team Places Order For Box of Pride Tape After Bettman's Announcement
Now, it appears there is a growing movement among NHL teams and players that they will be boycotting the ruling. According to one of the co-founders of Pride Tape, one team placed an order for a whole box after the news.

While the team who ordered the tape is unknown, it appears there is a strong movement against the NHL's decision, and it will be interesting to see how much sway the players have in potentially reversing the decision.
