BREAKING: Golden Knights Forward Suspended For Vicious Hit
Vegas Golden Knights forward Brett Howden has been suspended for his hit on Brandon Tanev.
Howden Suspended
Last night in the middle of the third period, Brett Howden laid a brutal hit on Brandon Tanev that resulted in a 5 minute major call from the refs.
Today, NHL Player Safety met with Howden to have a hearing about this hit and has now reached a verdict on his punishment.
Vegas' Brett Howden has been suspended for two games for an Illegal Check to the Head on Seattle's Brandon Tanev.
Howden will now miss some game time for this hit but it is almost certain that Tanev will miss even more.
