Bailey Signs In Ottawa
It was just announced that Josh Bailey has signed a PTO with the Ottawa Senators.
Roster update: The #Sens have signed forward Josh Bailey to a professional tryout (PTO) contract.
Bailey has played 1,057 games throughout his NHL career all with the New York Islanders. He was traded to the Chicago Blackhawks earlier this offseason and they bought him out.
He posted 8 goals and 25 points last year in 64 games. At his best, put up 71 points in 76 games.
Bailey will look to earn a contract with the Senators and eventually, help them make the playoffs.
