Three players from the 2018 Team Canada Junior roster may have just identified themselves after a recent change.

Three Players That Made a Suspicious Change

We live in a world where changes in social media status plays a large role on what is going on. Even when it seems to be something as little as going private on Instagram or Facebook.

However three players that were on the 2018 Team Canada Junior roster have just put their accounts on private out of nowhere as well as removed any mentions of the teams they play for. These three players are Dillon Dube, Carter Hart and Brett Howden.

The League and Police Stepping in?

According to several journalists, an announcement would be imminent, which would imply unprecedented suspensions in the history of the NHL or maybe even a permanent suspension from the league.

As Katie Strang from The Athletic reports the London Police state that the investigation is still ongoing. not that it would be finished.

"According to the spokesperson for the London police, contacted this morning, the investigation into allegations targeting the 2018 Junior Team Canada remains 'active and ongoing'."

This is not what fans wanted to hear as the investigation is not as close to an end as we all would have hoped for.

However the silver lining of all of this is the NHL and London Police investigations are not jointly linked, meaning the NHL could announce it's verdict and the following suspensions. Even without the police investigation coming to an end.
