Stars trade NHL Forward to Colorado
The Avalanche acquire the rights to RFA F Fredrik Olofsson in exchange for Future Considerations.

Olofsson, 27, had a Goal and 4 Points in 28 Games with Dallas last season, splitting time between Dallas and it's AHL Affiliate Texas.
Prior to this season, Olofsson spent the past 2 seasons with Oskarshamn of the SHL, being one of the league's top young Forwards. Olofsson was also apart of Sweden's 2022 Olympics Roster.
Olofsson was a 4th Round Pick of the Chicago Blackhawks in 2014. Olofsson signed a one-year extension with the Avalanche as part of the deal.
