Staal Brothers Share an Emotional Moment Following Game Four in Florida

Yesterday, the Panthers completed the sweep of the Carolina Hurricanes in yet another tight game.

All of the games played in this series were fiercely disputed and it seems like both could have won, but every time, Florida got the upper hand.

What makes this series more emotionally charged is that three brothers were competing against each other.

A particular scene had fans holding back their tears: the traditionnal handshake line.

Emotional Handshake Line

As it's traditionnaly calm and reserved, something else happened in the handshake line when the Staals were reunited as brothers and not as opponents.

It'll probably be hard for Jordan to root for the Panthers in the final, but in the long haul, it won't affect their relation.

This might be one of the last time the three brothers are on the ice together, as they're not getting any younger, especially Eric Staal, who's 38 years old.

The Panthers' opponent in the Stanley Cup Final could be known tonight, as the Vegas Golden Knights have to opportunity to sweep the Dallas Stars.
