Evander Kane Goes Too Far in an Insane Beatdown Fight

The playoffs are a wild time, and they call for more effort, intensity and perseverance.

In this clip from Game 2 of the Oilers vs Golden Knights series, Evander Kane got carried away.

A scrap broke out, as they always do in hockey. But as Keegan Kolesar was on the ground, Evander Kane continuously beat on him with head and body shots.

It's possible Kane gets a hearing with player safety. If the DOPS wants to limit this kind of behavior, they'll at least give him a fine. A full on suspension doesn't feel warranted, though.

If Kane wants to reestablish his reputation around the league, he might want to think before he throws extra shots for no reason.
