Brian Boyle Announces Retirement and the Next Step in His Hockey Career

MAR 22, 2023  (13H47)      JON
After 14 seasons, Brian Boyle is officially hanging up his skates.

The 38-year old announced on Wednesday he is retiring from professional hockey and will join the NHL Network as a studio analyst.

Massive W for all parties involved.

Boyle not only brings a wealth of experience to the analyst's table, but one of the game's most respected figures earns an opportunity to share that experience with millions of others.

Famously, Boyle battled and defeated chronic myeloid leukemia after his diagnosis in 2019.
