Brad Marchand decides he's had enough of Twitter
While he didn't use it often, when Brad Marchand of the Boston Bruins took to Twitter, it usually resulted in some great laughs. Marchand had a way of saying very little, but getting in great digs while he was doing it. Unfortunately, it appears we won't be seeing it again.
When you try to visit Marchand's Twitter profile now (@BMarch63), you get a message saying the account no longer exists.
There's been no word on why Marchand made this decision. His Instagram account remains up, although he seemed to shy away from the snarky remarks he made on Twitter there.
I, for one, will definitely miss Marchand on Twitter. Whether it was telling a reporter to shut their piehole, his hilarious exchange with Leafs Youtuber Steve "Dangle" Glynn, or his back and forth with the Carolina Hurricanes and Vincent Trocheck , Marchand had a knack for cutting deep and getting laughs. Hopefully, he'll be back at some point.
