Kirby Dach of the Montreal Canadiens has a perfect opportunity to show he can be an impact player, given all the injuries the team has right now. Dach has already set career highs in all the major offensive categories, now it seems he's trying his hand at being a pest.
Dach laid a solid hit on Andrew Copp in the first period of Thursday night's game. Copp wasn't too pleased about it, and decided to challenge Dach off the faceoff in the second. Dach accepted, and made quick, easy work of the fight, with Copp barely getting a swing in before getting knocked to the ice. Dach looked really solid on this one.
