A noticeable name was missing from the Winnipeg Jets playoff roster, as longtime forward Bryan Little was not included.

Little, 32, has not played since Nov. 15, 2019 after taking a slapshot directly to the ear. As a result, he will not be taking part in the Jets' summer training camp, which is set to begin Monday. This isn't a huge surprise, as it was announced earlier in the season that Little would not return for the 2019-20 season or playoffs, however given the major delay in the season there was some hope he would be fully recovered.

One positive for Little and the Jets is that despite not being ready to play, he was able to resume skating during the pandemic. The former 12th overall pick of the Atlanta Thrashers has played in 843 career regular season games, posting 217 goals and 521 points. In seven games this season, he scored two goals and added three helpers.
