Pat Maroon embodied the duality of man on Thursday night. Maroon's display of sportsmanship
in the form of an apology to Evander Kane got the night rolling, which was a great gesture.
He then, however, followed that up with not one but
two slew foots against the Oilers, including one on
Connor McDavid. Take a gander:
Oilers forward
Klim Kostin was the one to step up and challenge Maroon, who answered the bell to start the second period.
The NHL's Department of Player Safety has already
fined Montréal Canadiens defeseman Mike Matheson on Friday. Will they / should they pay Maroon's actions against the Oilers similar attention?
