The Ontario Hockey League has suspended the president of the Flint Firebirds and launched an investigation into an alleged inapproriate racial comment directed at a player.

At this point, there's no word on what the comment was or who it was directed at.
According to Chistensen's biography on the Firebirds' website, "he has coached or managed hockey at elite levels for more than 30 years. His coaching experience includes Division I college, USA National Jr., Czech National Jr. and professional hockey as an assistant, head coach, and director of player personnel."
