He's one of the biggest stars, if not THE biggest, in the NHL today. But, Connor McDavid of the Edmonton Oilers doesn't exactly have personality running out of his ears and seems to have a knack for making even pretty normal situations seem very awkward.
Before a recent game, McDavid decided to give a puck to a kid in the stands, something many players have been doing lately. Other players have made a game of it, playing rock, paper, scissors, or just doing it with a big smile on their face. McDavid is different, though. He passed over the puck without ever looking the kid in the eye. As one Twitter user put it, he made it look like a drug deal was going down.

It's all ok as I'm sure the fan really appreciated the gesture. McDavid chooses to do his talking on the ice. He's been in a bit of a slump lately, like the rest of his team, but that's bound to end sooner rather than later. In the meantime, don't ever change, McDavid.
