This definitely falls into the category of things you don't see everyday. During a hockey tournament in Sochi, Russia at the end of October, two hockey teams broke out into a brawl before the game even got underway. That's not necessarily uncommon. It is, however, when you add in the fact that this was a children's tournament and the two teams were filled with eight-year-old boys.
According to Sport24.ru, two of the children required medical assistance after the brawl and were taken to the emergency room by their parents. There's no word on exactly what caused the scuffle or what type of punishments might be handed out as a result. Check it out:
