Jakub Dobes wasn't done with the moment. Right after Juraj Slafkovsky's power play goal Sunday night, Montreal's young goaltender skated a little circle and gave the Buffalo bench a proper send-off.

You don't see that from a 24-year-old netminder very often. Especially not one with 43 NHL games under his belt.

Dobes carries a .901 save percentage and 20 wins on the year. The cap hit is 965 thousand. The personality, apparently, is priced higher.

The Slafkovsky goal was his third power play marker of these playoffs. The Slovak winger now sits at 4 points in 9 postseason games.

Bell Centre lost its mind. The bench reaction from Buffalo was the kind of glare you remember.

That clip is everywhere by morning. Combine it with the Matheson hot mic and the no-goal call on Phillip Danault, and you've got three viral moments out of one building in 24 hours.

St-Louis lets his kids play with their food

Martin St-Louis hasn't reined in his young core all series, and you can see why. Slafkovsky is the team's most productive shooter on the man advantage right now.

His 15 power play goals in the regular season led Montreal forwards. The 7.6 million cap hit looks like a bargain on nights like Saturday.

Dobes is the more interesting bet. He's not the starter heading into next year by default, but he keeps stacking moments that make the conversation harder for Kent Hughes.

The kid is playing with house money. Lindy Ruff isn't.

Buffalo's bench wore that goaltender taunt the way you'd expect.

They've watched their power play sputter at key moments this series, and now the rookie in the other crease is doing victory laps.

That's the kind of thing that wakes a Tage Thompson up.

Game 4 goes Tuesday. Dobes either backs up the swagger with a win at home, or this clip becomes a different kind of trophy in Buffalo's locker room.

Either way, the temperature on this series isn't coming down.
