Despite the fact that Sean Avery hasn't played professional hockey since the 2011-12 season, he sure manages to find himself in the news a lot. The latest incident involved a driver in West Hollywood who ended up with a busted mirror. It was filmed and TMZ obtained the footage.

Niku Azam gave the footage to TMZ following the incident mind-Thursday morning. Avery can be seen in Azam's side mirror following him. Azam can be heard calling Avery a psychopath. Avery then blocks Azam's car by standing in front of it. He would eventually move, but appears to elbow Azam's side mirror on the way along. Here's the video in full.

Police were called to the scene. Azam claims he got into an altercation with Avery in West Hollywood a couple of weeks ago after unintentionally blocking him from going down a two-lane one-way road, but hadn't seen him since. Avery released a response video claiming Azam hit him while he was out jogging. "Somebody in a Prius just hit me," said Avery, while explaining that he chased him down. Avery added his leg is a little hurt, but nothing that requires an ambulance.

Police were not willing to release any other information regarding the incidents to TMZ. Avery is a known hothead but claims he's the victim in this case. We're not sure yet if law enforcement agrees with him.
