Brett Pesce delivers a textbook slewfoot to Robby Fabbri
In Thursday night's game between the Detroit Red Wings and the Carolina Hurricanes, Brett Pesce delivered a slewfoot to Robby Fabbri that could be used in training seminars to show someone what the term means. Pesce would receive a two minute minor for his efforts. Check it out:
There is some debate on Twitter over whether Fabbri embellished the play. Personally, I don't see it but even if there was, this is a dangerous move. It doesn't appear that Fabbri was injured by the slewfoot. Still, it wouldn't be a shock to hear that NHL Player Safety is taking a look at this one.
