The New York Rangers will reportedly place a player on waivers this afternoon.

In breaking news, Arthur Staple from The Athletic shared that the New York Rangers will place Nick Bonino on waivers later today.

Bonino, 35, played 45 games this season with the Rangers and tallied five points during that time.

In his career, he played for the Ducks, Canucks, Penguins, Predators, Wild, Sharks and Rangers. He scored 358 points in 868 games.
