During a Swedish National League game, former NHLer Martin Frk appeared to do the unthinkable after missing a hit on his opponent. After Frk missed, he ended up head first in his own bench. Though the opposing player gave him a few shoves, Frk responded by swinging his legs around, appearing to kick him in the chest/neck area.
After the tragic incident that happened recently to Adam Johnson, you'd think that players would be more cautious than ever when it comes to their skates. Fortunately, no one was severely injured on the play.
Frk was promptly ejected from the game for his actions on the ice. This was absolutely the right thing to do, even if it was an accident, as Frk should have had control of his skates more than what was exhibited in the video.

According to reports, supplemental punishment from the League is incoming for Frk. Hopefully, it will be severe enough to deter anyone else from doing this in the future.
