Jaroslav Halak signed a PTO earlier this month and it seems that he blew his last chance of playing in the NHL.
Halak Blows his Last Chance of Playing in the NHL
The Carolina Hurricanes have officially released him from his tryout.
The 38 year-old goalie played 17 seasons in the NHL and it looks like he reached the end of his journey.
