Tonight Tage Thompson had a very difficult time dealing with injuries. First he went down awkwardly and left the game with a leg injury.

The nice thing for the Sabres is that they do have some good depth at the center ice position. Unfortunately, no one will be able to replace the offensive ceiling that Thompson has.
The Sabres will likely make a roster move in the coming days to fill Thompson's roster spot as they likely put him on Injured Reserve.
