Brad Marchand Takes a Stab at Connor Bedard

Ahead of Connor Bedard's season debut, we saw plenty of positive interactions with Sidney Crosby, but now, some veterans are making it clear that it's not all going to be easy for the young star.

Ahead of their clash on Wednesday, Boston Bruins captain Brad Marchand was asked about Bedard, and unsurprisingly, the veteran took a cheeky shot at the 18-year old.

Ultimately, Bedard's first trip to the TD Garden in Boston was a good one, as he scored his first goal and made improvements on the ice, but that didn't come without the expected niggle from the Bruins Captain.

Bedard can expect plenty of this in his rookie year, and as of right now, we've seen that he can handle it, so this should be a very fun campaign for the Blackhawks newest star.
