It was just announced that Leo Carlsson has been helped off the ice after seemingly injuring his right leg/foot.
Carlsson is seen as a player who would have gone 1st overall in many drafts but because he was in the Connor Bedard draft, he went 2nd overall.
It is currently unknown what the exact injury is but there is a possibility he has hurt his Achilles. We will know what exactly he hurt in the coming days and if he will miss time and if so, how much time he will miss.
More details to follow.
