MAJOR: Jonathan Quick's Career May Be Over

Jonathan Quick, and his three Stanley Cups define an era of hockey. Unfortunately, that era, highlighted by himself, Carey Price, and Henrik Lundqvist is coming to an end.

After signing a one-year deal in New York in the off-season, it appears he may have already been replaced. This would mark the end of his amazing career.

With the Rangers' opening night roster very close to set, they made a surprise move. Calling up goalie prospect Dylan Garand, the competition to be Igor Shesterkin's backup is heating up.

If Garand can outperform Quick, who frankly hasn't looked amazing, this could be it.

Quick's 753 NHL games, all but 10 of which with the LA Kings will go down in history. If this is the end, we'll likely be seeing him back at Crypto.com Arena to be raised to the rafters.
