Waivers have just been announced and 45 different players are up for grabs for absolutely nothing.
14 Teams Place Players On Waivers
It was just announced that nearly half of the NHL has placed players on waivers.
The teams that have placed players on waivers are Anaheim, Boston, Buffalo, Chicago, LA, Minnesota, Montreal, New York, San Jose, St. Louis, Tampa, Vancouver, Winnipeg, and Washington.
45 players placed on waivers today
Here is the full list of players placed on waivers via CapFriendly.
It is currently unknown if any of these players will be claimed but there is a solid chance that a couple of them get claimed given their age and what they can provide for their respective teams down the road.
We will know tomorrow at 2pm EST who is claimed.
