Blackhawks Release Update Regarding the Health of Samuel Savoie
Samuel Savoie was stretchered off the ice last night following a nasty collision and we have now gotten an update on Savoie's health.

Last night Samuel Savoie was stretchered off the ice after colliding with the Boards and we have now finally gotten an update on Savoie's status. Savoie was screaming in pain and was rushed to the hospital.
Samuel Savoie remains in Minnesota for "further medical care," the Blackhawks announce. That's not a good sign.
MEDICAL UPDATE: Samuel Savoie remains in Minnesota for further medical care following a lower-body injury suffered during last night's game.

This is clearly not a good sign as it means Savoie spent the entire night in the hospital and certainly will need to wait a bit more till he is released back to Chicago or Quebec.
We are hoping he is released from the hospital soon and can begin his road to recovery soon.
