Fans Turn on Alex Ovechkin After Tasteless Statement
Alex Ovechkin received a lot of criticism since he started his career. It seems that recently, it all comes from the same person: Dominik Hasek.

Former NHLer Dominik Hasek Takes Massive Shot at Ovechkin
It all started when Hsaek took a shot a Ovi for supporting Vladimir Putin. He didn't hold back in his comments:
I also want to write, that I am very sorry for those Russian athletes, who condemn V. Putin and his Russian aggression in Ukraine. However, at the moment I also consider their exclusion a necessity.
Hasek's comments echoes what many people have been thinking in the last year. But he finally got Ovi's attention.
Hasek has just echoed the sentiments that many others have had over the past year, but now, he's caught the attention of Ovechkin.
