Friedman Confirms Two Teams are Eyeing Shane Pinto

Elliotte Friedman is the most renowned insider in hockey, and when he says something it must be taken seriously.

In this case, he has addressed Ottawa Senators centre Shane Pinto, who is still without a contract for next season. The Senators only have about $700,000 in cap space, and may be forced to move on from the former 1st-round pick.

Per Friedman, two conference rivals are eyeing the young centre - the Boston Bruins, and the Philadelphia Flyers.

The Bruins Make a lot of sense, but may not have the assets the Senators are looking for in a trade. The Flyers have the assets and the cap space - could they be a trade match made in heaven?

We'll just have to wait and see.
