Isaac Ratcliffe was the No. 35 overall pick of the Flyers back in the 2017 NHL Draft, but unfortunately, he's been unable to catch on at the highest level as of this point.
Size and talent

Standing at 6-foot-6 and over 200 pounds, Ratcliffe has the size to be a problem as a power forward at the NHL level, but unfortunately, he's struggled to find consistency at whatever level.
In 10 NHL games, he has scored just 1 goal and 4 points, but after scoring 6 goals and 20 points across 47 AHL games with Lehigh Valley and Milwaukee in 2022-23, it appears his career may have some life after all.
A PTO
Now, the St. Louis Blues have announced they have given Ratcliffe a PTO, and with his considerable size and talent and the opportunities to crack the Blues lineup, this is a great move as he attempts to revitalize his career.

At 24-years old, he's still got plenty of time to grow into his potential, but with the opportunities sparse at the NHL level, he needs to take this chance with both hands if he is to become a genuine NHL player.
