BREAKING: Predators Buyout Recent 40-Goal Scorer

The Predators have bought out one of their best players to kickstart their rebuild.

Matt Duchene is one of the Predators top players. Last season he scored 56 points but the year prior he had 43 goals and 86 points.

It was announced today what the Predators intend on doing with him.

Duchene's contract would have $8 million a year for the next three years but they will now pay a reduced rate for the next six.
