Fans are Puzzled After Shocking Update in Tampa Bay
There have been quite a few disappointments for the Lightning in their series against Toronto. The biggest of which is possibly deadline acquisition Tanner Jeannot.
Jeannot Appears to Be a Healthy Scratch Tonight
After paying a 1st, a 2nd, a 3rd, a 4th, a 6th, and Cal Foote to acquire the bargain forechecker, Jeannot hasn't done much.
At practice, Jeannot was the last forward on the ice, which most likely means he's a healthy scratch. Mike Eyssimont, who was also acquired at the deadline, will get the call instead.
It's definitely disappointing to see this massive deadline acquisition watch from the press box, but if it helps the Lightning beat the Leafs, it will somewhat make up for it.
