Bo Horvat Makes One Last Deal on Hot Mic with Elias Pettersson
One consequence of the he Vancouver Canucks trading Bo Horvat is that their core has been made quite clear. Elias Pettersson, Quinn Hughes, and - apparently - Andrei Kuzmenko are the core now.
Everyone else is expendable, open to trade before the start of next season. It's unfortunate, but that's the way the cookie crumbles.
The friendships made along the way, however, always last beyond the departure from a given team. The All-Star Game is a perfect time to reconnect with former teammates, and Bo Horvat and Elias Pettersson joined each other on the Pacific Division team.
Before puck drop, the two shared a moment and even struck one last deal, connecting for a nice goal later on.
