NHL Coaches Reportedly Upset w/ Canucks' Management over Bruce Boudreau's Treatment

Bruce Boudreau's recent dismissal from the Vancouver Canucks took an emotional turn at its culmination, with fans showing their support for the now-former head coach at every turn.

From the final Bruce There It Is! chant to the signage backing Boudreau, fans made it very clear whose side they were on throughout the entire debacle. Well, it's apparently not just fans who feel that way.

According to Steve Simmons of The Toronto Sun (yeah, that Steve Simmons), several NHL head coaches reached out to him and reportedly voiced their dissatisfaction with the situation.

Coaches are reportedly very unhappy with the Canucks' owner Francesco Aquilini and president Jim Rutherford. Some even calling for the NHL to intervene and force a sale of the team.

The NHL is a tight-knit league altogether, but the coaching fraternity shares a special bond. In that sense, it's entirely unsurprising if Simmons' reporting is accurate and coaches do, in fact feel that way.

One question is: will their feelings be communicated up the chain of command within the NHL and be subsequently received by the league?
