According to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, the Florida Panthers have placed veteran forward Zac Dalpe on waivers for the purpose of assigning him to the American Hockey League.
Dalpe, 33, is in his second season with the Panthers organization after signing with them on July 30th, 2021. The Paris (Ontario) native started the season in the American Hockey League with the Charlotte Checkers, as their captain, but was called up to the Panthers in early December.
In 11 games this season with the Panthers, Dalpe has four points (two goals, two assists), two penalty minutes and is a minus-four. He's also recorded 15 points (ten goals, five assists) in 19 AHL games.
