Arizona Coyotes part ways with President and CEO
Per The Athletic's Craig Morgan, as of Wednesday, the Arizona Coyotes organization has parted ways with President and CEO Ashton Cohen.
Cohen had been with the Coyotes organization since 2015, serving as both chief executive officer and chief legal officer before being named president in 2018.
While the reason for his departure has yet to be specified, it's noteworthy that the organization's ownership changed hands in June 2019, when Alex Meruelo took over as majority owner of the franchise. It's been rumored since Meruelo took over that business-operations may be seeing some changes.
