Edmonton Oilers general manager Ken Holland has made an offer to F Anton Slepyshev, according to Daniel Nugent-Bowman of The Athletic.

Drafted 88th overall by the Oilers in 2013, Slepyshev appeared in 102 NHL games scoring 23 points (10 goals, 13 assists) and another 31 points (16 goals, 15 assists) in 59 AHL games.
