Vegas Golden Knights Officially Eliminated
It's rare to see the entire hockey world unite to hate one team, but the Blackhawks & Golden Knights seem to have done it in the same season. In a must win game for the Golden Knights, they fell in a shootout for the third straight game.
It hardly mattered, however, as the Dallas Stars did the absolute bare minimum they could have done to eliminate the Knights. The Stars fumbled a 3-0 lead to the Arizona Coyotes, who would secure the overtime victory. The single-point would seal Vegas' fate, and ownership cannot be happy.
The odds that a major change doesn't happen in Vegas feels very low, and if I were in charge management would bare the biggest portion of the blame.
