The New York Rangers are a team that is super reliant on top-tier goaltending. Statistically, when they don't get Grade A goaltending they play at a below-playoff level. So in other words, when any goalie other than Igor Shesterkin plays they lose. Tonight, backup tendy Alex Georgiev relinquished two absolute muffins & his team is in a 2-2 tie instead of a 2-0 lead.
