Tage Thompson Scores Hilarious Game-Winning Goal In Final Seconds (VIDEO)

Last night, after a back & forth game with lots of dramatics, Tage Thompson scored an incredibly flukey goal to re-take the lead over the Blackhawks. The Blackhawks led the Sabres 4-0 at the start of the second period. The resilient Sabres, however, would not falter; Head Coach Don Granato will not tolerate anything short of fierce competition. Buffalo rallied from a 4-goal deficit & tied the game 2:39 into the 3rd frame. CHI's leading goal scorer, Alex Debrincat would re-take the lead for the Hawks, but Alex Tuch would quickly balance the scales. Then, with ten seconds left...actually instead of me telling you, why not watch for yourself:

The only people who did not find this funny (probably) are Blackhawk personnel/fans. Anyone else who sees this can't help but crack a smile, especially if you look at the grin on Tage Thompson's face.

PS: Kevin Lankinen is going to need a new goalie paddle.
