Tuukka Rask opens up about Bruins window possibly closing
After recently being signed by the Boston Bruins, goalie Tuukka Rask seems to be bringing a dearly missed energy to the team. The long-time Bruin is expected to serve as one of the top two goalies in a rotation with Linus Ullmark.
Although he is excited about joining the team, it seems that he knows that he and his core teammates do not have a ton of time left to win the ultimate prize again, the Stanley Cup.
"We're realistic. We're getting older and the window's closing."
This is another reason why Rask also admits to not making any long-term plans to continue playing with the Bruins or in the NHL for that matter.
"I haven't made any long-term plans yet. We'll see what happens."
The Bruins are currently sitting in fourth in the Atlantic Division with hopes of returning to the playoffs and making another deep run.
