Evander Kane's agent releases statement explaining gun video involving estranged wife
With the Evander Kane court saga continuing, it appears the NHL forward has once again had to deal with wild accusations from his estranged wife. Wednesday night, Anna Kane released videos on her Instagram account that appeared to show Kane pointing a loaded gun at her. It was certainly shocking, however Kane's agent Dan Milstein says context is needed.
A statement released by Milstein says the video comes from a photo shoot both parties agreed to do in 2020. Here's the statement in full:
As per a court order issued Wednesday, Anna Kane must undergo a court ordered psychological assessment, while a judge has ruled that Evander will continue to have custody of the couple's 16-month old daughter. Anna had previously accused Evander of gambling on NHL games, and games that he was playing in. An investigation by the league could find no evidence that had happened.
