According to Eliotte Friedman of Sportsnet, the Vancouver Canucks have re-signed RFA forward Elias Pettersson and RFA defenceman Quinn Hughes.
Pettersson's deal is for three years and is worth $22.05 million ($7.35 million AAV), while Hughes' contract is for six years and is worth $47.1 million ($7.85 million AAV).
Hughes, 21, played in all 56 games for Vancouver last season where he tallied 41 points (3 G, 38 A), 22 penalty minutes, and was a -24. Pettersson, 22, only appeared in 26 games for the Canucks where he had 21 points (10 G, 11 A), six penalty minutes, and was a +/-0.
