The Chicago Blackhawks had a special gift to present to Chicago native and former WWE Superstar CM Punk, who made a massive splash last week when he came out of retirement to join "the competition", appearing at an AEW show in his hometown Chicago to a MASSIVE fan pop and announcing his return to the game.

Punk, whose real name is Phil Brooks, was given a Chicago Blackhawks jersey, complete with several autographs, from the team in honour of his return, which happened to be at United Center - of course, home of the Blackhawks.

That's certainly a nice piece of memorabilia that you can be sure will be framed and hung on the wall in Punk's home to commemorate the special occasion. Punk, a huge Chicago Blackhawks fan, certainly appreciated the gesture.

Punk famously retired from wrestling in 2014, after a lengthy disagreement over the handling of his physical and mental health within WWE. He went on to pursue a brief MMA career, which hadn't gone according to plan, getting demolished by unranked fighter Mickey Gall at UFC 203 back in 2016.
